Return Policy
Eligibility for Return:
Products eligible for return can be returned within 7 days of receipt. You will find eligible products clearly marked with return eligibility under shipping details on the product page.
Non-Eligible Products:
Not all products are eligible for returns. Many items are considered “Final Sale” due to their nature. This includes products sold under “Sale” or other promotional offers, and customized products. International shipments are non-returnable.
Product Variations:
There may be slight differences in color, fabric, dye, prints, or embroidery due to natural fabric characteristics, dyeing weather, and variations in monitor settings. Please understand that these differences do not qualify for returns.
Damaged Merchandise:
In the rare event that your product arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving it.

Approval:
Our customer care team will review and approve your return request.
Return Requests:
Return requests via WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, or phone calls will not be accepted. Please follow the official email process for returns.
Return Process:
Once approved, please:
- Pack the item carefully in its original packaging.
- If return pickup is available at your location, our courier will collect the item at a scheduled time.
- If no pickup is available, send the item via a reputable courier to:

Exchange or Refund:
After receiving the returned product, we will offer an exchange or refund. Refunds can be issued as store credit or to the original payment method.
Store Credit:
Store credit can be used to purchase any product from our website, equivalent to the amount of your previous order.
Refund Processing Time:
Refunds for prepaid orders typically take 4 to 10 days to process.
Shipping Charges:
If the product is returned without defects, shipping charges (both forward and reverse) will be deducted from your refund.
Discretion:

Cancellation Policy
